Per-token entry/increase/decrease/exit CHANGE events since a cursor (copy-trade poll). Supports ?wallets=a,b,c (max 10) at the same flat price; each change carries proxy_wallet. x402: $0.02 per call, settled in USDC only on a 2xx — a 4xx is free.
