GET /v1/lab/paper-runs/{id}/orders

The limit orders of one of the caller’s paper runs, newest first (open=true: only those still resting), each with its fills (maker = a trade went through its price; taker = the part that took on arrival or at expiry), how it ended and why, and its signal’s row once it ended; with the open count and "what you missed": the orders that filled nothing, priced as if filled at their price and held to their market’s result, per $10, beside what the filled orders made. SIMULATED. 404 `lab_paper_disabled` while LAB_PAPER_ENABLED is off.

One of the caller’s paper runs with its copy records, newest first (optionally one outcome): the leader’s price and dollars, what the book gave (entry, delay, dollars available at the limit), the settlement and P&L. 404 `lab_paper_disabled` while LAB_PAPER_ENABLED is off.
