POST /v1/notifications/unsubscribe
The one-click unsubscribe of an alert or summary mail. No session: `t` is the signed token from the mail. It names one account and does one thing: it switches that account’s email channel off (`channels.email = false`). It never expires, and a second call answers the same. A missing, malformed or wrongly signed token is 400 `invalid_token`. Accepts the mail client’s form body (`List-Unsubscribe=One-Click`) and ignores it. 404 `alert_settings_disabled` while ALERT_SETTINGS_ENABLED is off, or while the server holds no ALERT_UNSUBSCRIBE_SECRET.
